All orders will be shipped on the following Monday of your Purchase.
Shipping is calculated at checkout by selecting your country from the drop down menu! I ship everything using UK Royal mail services.

Mainland - 1-5 working days

Europe & Ireland - 1-2 Weeks

If an item you've bought isn't up to standard or defected you will be entitled to a full refund or replacement for up to 30 days after the delivery period. Please provide your order number and a photo of the damage!
As a shopkeeper I try my best to keep single use plastics to a minimum, therefore I prefer to use tissue paper, easily recyclable packaging and reusable draw string bags to send my products in.
However anything easily breakable will need to be shipped in a bubble mailer, and art prints will be inside a cello bag for presevation.
